Many people know the words of Father Patrick Peyton - "The family that prays together, stays together"--are true.   Yet many families have members not blessed with this grace.  In the Jubilee Year 2000, Father Hardon's March 13th homily addressed this common challenge as he stated, "In the measure we pray for a person are we truly measuring our love for God.  How expensive is Heaven! (Heaven is not free.  It costs everything.  It costs your life.)... Spend yourself here on earth, then you can spend eternity in Heaven.  We would not have the true faith unless someone had shared the true faith with us.  We would not have the true faith if someone was not so generous.  Share with everyone, Everyone, EVERYONE with whom we come into contact.  We will not reach Heaven if we do not share our faith with EVERYONE!"
